Shipping Rates for all orders shipped to the lower 48 states are as low as only $9.95 for the entire order. Shipping rates to the lower 48 states are calculated upon checkout.
    International orders will be shipped by USPS EMS. The Shipping for United Kingdom and other Countries besides US.

    No Pickup Orders, we ship out only. We ship via USPS EMS 3-7 DAY EXPRESS MAIL. Shipping price includes shipping and handling costs and Tracking number. You must sign when you receive the package.     Buycomputerz.com offers a full 10-day exchange on all products that are defective. All returned products must obtain prior authorization from Buycomputerz.com. You must contact our returns department within 10 days of original shipment to be eligible for the 10-day exchange policy. We must receive your product within 20 days of original shipment. Refusing a shipment is not a valid return method, and may result in delays processing your exchange. If a shipment is refused, the receiver will be liable for any lost packages. All products that are not in the original purchase condition, or are installed, are subject to a restocking fee averaging 20%, on top of the replacement cost of missing components. Damaged (physically or cosmetically) or abused items will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any return, which at our discretion has excessive damage. This period consists from the first day the item is shipped to exactly 15 calendar days after.

    Buycomputerz.com charges 20% re-stocking fee for all items that are returned for refund. The warranty covers repairs or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. We exchange defective merchandise only after 10 days from delivery date for the same model under the following conditions:  The warranty does not cover installation or damage from installation, accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, incorrect voltage operating the unit against the instructions in the owner's manual.  Buyer ships merchandise at their own expense, defective or not. We take care of the expenses shipping back to you. Must be accompanied by a letter with your full name, item number and your telephone number and the explained defect.  The buyer has, "Bench Tested" item prior to installation to discover any factory defect and we will not be liable for the cost for removal and or installation of the unit's expense.  Should be returned in its ORIGINAL BOX with all packaging material, manuals and all else that came with it.  You are responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns; therefore. Please retain all tracking information until we ship the new item. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.  Once the package has been delivered please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.  Returns cannot be processed unless all of these terms are met.  All other returns/refunds will be on a case by case basis.
